Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In front prep reach-in cooler: tomatoes (46F - Cold Holding); cheese (46F - Cold Holding).
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Ice and old food debris in bottom of reach-in freezers.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Walk-in cooler gaskets soiled with mold-like substances and old.

Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed : the ice scoop holder was soiled. This was moved to the 3 compartment sink for cleaning. **Corrected On-Site* ALSO, the multiport soda nozzles at the drive thru have build up.

Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed : ice building up on the left hand side of the fans.

Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed : a blue co2 tank near the back door, not secured.

Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed: cook line staff adjust hat, then touch clean food pans, then back to the cook line and touch a to go tray, no handwashing. The manager redirected the employee and they washed their hands and added gloves.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed a spray bottle of sanitizer stored, at the front of house, with food pans and utensils. The spray was moved to cleaning.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.
Violations found and a warning issued, with a return visit required. 6 recorded.

ALSO, multiport soda nozzles, orange port against front wall, all ports on mid kitchen soda machine. ALSO, the inside of the dish wash machine is soiled, currently not in use.
No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed: lack of proof of any training.

In-use ice scoop/paddle stored on soiled surface between uses. Observed: the ice paddle was stored on the frame of the ice machine.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed: the top of the dish wash machine has an accumulation of debris.
Sanitizer bucket stored with food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. Observed: sanitizer bucket(200 ppm) stored next to the tomato slicer and the dicer(chopper).
