Observed employee food handler training provided by an unapproved provider, Sonic, for all current employees.
Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Observed several missing floor tiles between cook line grill and make table.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed single-service to go cups stored on floor. Manager moved cups to shelf at time of inspection.
