Observed approximately 41 live, flying insects in the following locations: 10 on and around exit door near soft serve machine. 12 on or near food preparation area, and 8 in dry storage area, 4 in mop sink, 4 on ice machine, 3 on one compartment sink near ice machine.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed foot longs 61°F, hot dogs 52°F, shredded cheese 55°F, per manager placed an hour ago, manager disposed of food items.
