Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Standing water under ramp in walk-in cooler as evidence of water being pushed out when walked on.

Required employee training expired for all employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372- Observed all employee training certificates expired.
Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed no hot water at hand washing sink near kitchen make line. Operator stated there is a work order put in to repair sink.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.

Dead roaches on premises. Observed 1 dead roach on floor in back of kitchen next to drink mixing machine. Operator cleaned up dead roach at time of inspection.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed employee cell phone and keys on top of packaged bread on bread rack. Operator removed phone and keys from rack.
