Employee dumping mop water in the three-compartment sink / food preparation sink. Currently the mop sink has no raised curb to hold disposed of water to floor drain, per cook when asked where mop water is being dumped, stated 3 comp sink if needed. Area that was on plans as mop sink station needs sloped floor to drain to floor drain within raised curb to hold draining water, per supervisor on duty 7 day callback to repurpose mop sink to function correctly.
