Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Upon inspection, observed uncovered storage pans of raw ground beef patties in reach-in freezer with ice that has contacted the patties due to buildup/melting ice onto the patties.
Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Upon inspection, the following temperatures were observed at approximately 9:30am in walk-in cooler: chili 50f, raw burger patties 47f, hot dogs 50f, shredded lettuce 51f, shredded cheddar 50f. Temperatures at 10:30am observed: chili 49f, raw burger patties 48f, hot dogs 52f, shredded lettuce 53f, shredded cheddar 52f. Also observed during stop sale liquid eggs 49f, ice cream base 46f, whipped topping 50f.
