Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Upon inspection observed mold like substance outside ice machine. Manager proceeded to clean mold like substance at time of inspection.
Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Upon inspection observed carbon dioxide tanks not secured in kitchen.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Upon inspection observed employee open drink beside chili container. Manager proceeded to remove drink at time of inspection.
