Observed no proof of employee training for Mina, Candace, Mika, and Tares. Manager has approved training material and states will begin training employees today.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed employee backpack stored next to single-service items in dry storage area. Manager removed backpack and placed in designated area during inspection.
Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed interior shelves of 2 door reach-in cooler soiled with accumulation of food debris and brown slime-like substance.
Stored food not covered. Observed 2 uncovered tea canisters. Manager covered both tea canisters during inspection.
