Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed paper towels stored next to windex on the storage shelve located in the chemical closet. Manager removed at time of inspection.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed green and white cutting boards soiled throughout the kitchen recommend replace or resurface.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed wet plastic containers and lids stacked wet on the storage shelves in the dish machine area.
Silverware/utensils stored upright with the food-contact surface up. Observed spoons stored in the expo line
Stored food not covered. Observed chicken wings uncovered stored in the walk in cooler.
Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed mold like growth around the edge of the wall around caulking in the dish machine area.

Multiuse food-contact surface not smooth, free of breaks/cracks/chips/pits/crevices. Observed plastic container cracked on the ends has ice berg lettuce stored inside reach in cooler located back prep kitchen. Manager removed at time of inspection.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed two handwashing signs missing in the bathroom used for staff and customers.

Fixed nonfood-contact equipment not sealed to adjoining equipment/walls when exposed to spillage. Observed fire suppression system hood not properly sealed located on the cook line. Observed bottom of the smoker edge around missing located on the southern pride.
Standing water or very slow draining water in handwash sink, three-compartment sink, or mop sink. Handwashing sink located unisex bathroom draining very slow operator notify plumbing company. Note: Four unisex bathrooms employees will be using the same restroom as customers.
Trash receptacles not provided where needed in establishment. Observed no trash can provided for hand wash sinks throughout kitchen and bar. One trash can was placed beside the hand wash sink in the expo line and server area.
Use of cooking equipment producing grease laden vapors/smoke with no hood suppression system installed. Notified Fire AHJ. For reporting purposes only. Observed Fire Suppression System has rusty metal on the bottom panels above fryers on the cook line and flat grill and chargrill located on the cook line. Recommend to replace or resurface the panel Spoke to QA in our district office concerning the issue.
