Grease overflowing onto floor/ground. Upon arrival of inspection discovered that plumber is here regarding a blocked grease trap on outside of building. The grease line is a dedicated line that bypasses the main building. An area of approximately 1 foot square has grease on it, but plumber is actively working on it.
