Handwash sink in warewashing or food preparation area is inadequate. No mixing valve on the only hand washing sink in the kitchen. The water is too hot for employees to wash their hands.

Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee touch raw beef burger then changed gloves and started working with garlic toast without washing hands. Manager educated employee and had them wash theirhands
