Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Tested at 0ppm, line was not pulling sanitizer into machine while running. Manager cut line where it was cracked and reattached. Re-tested at 50ppm.
No quatenary ammonium chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths.
