Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Operator engaged in food preparation without washing hands after using their phone.
Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Establishment observed preparing, serving, and serving food to customers with an expired license.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Sliced cheese at 66F in upright cooler closer to the door. Operator moved it to a different upright at the time of inspection.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Rag on handwashing sink. Operator removed it at the time of inspection.

Warewashing conducted in outdoor area. Observed a propane tank, a burner, a self made wooden table, dish soap and dirty dishes outside the unit. Per operator, dishes are washed outside due to limited space in three compartment sink.
