Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Handwash sink temped 76 F, ran approximately 2 minutes.
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. To go containers not inverted, manager inverted at time of inspection.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Pipe at handwash sink disconnected, employee repaired at time of inspection.

Quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Tested at 10ppm. Manager replaced low sanitizer container. They replaced it with Sink and Surface sanitizer.
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed clean lids, full pans and sheet pans stored under ac unit. Ac unit was leaking condensation on pans. Manager moved all items to clean
