Chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Tested at beginning of inspection at 10ppm chlorine. Operator reset to 100ppm chlorine during inspection.
Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed cook go from one task, remove gloves and then try to put on gloves without washing hands. Spoke with cook and they washed their hands before putting on gloves.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed handwash sink blocked by milk crates beginning of inspection. Cooks line handwash sink had empty can in. Operator removed during inspection.
