Employee used the bathroom and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands upon returning to employee area. Observed an employee coming out of the bathroom and into the dishwasher area and didn't wash his hands. I brought this to the person in charge attention, explained to him the correct procedure and he had the employee to wash his hands.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Rapid multi surface disinfectant cleaner rtu stored above clean glasses in the beverage service area. The product was removed.
No soap provided at handwash sink. Bar area.
Employee with no beard guard/restraint while engaging in food preparation. Employee making home made chips on the cook line.
Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Bags of chicken thawing in a bulk container of standing water and a package of hot dogs in a container standing water inside the 3 compartment sink. The person in charge discarded the standing water and put the products under cold running water.
