Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. At mop sink, no backflow preventer on non chemical dispenser end of splitter. Vacuum breaker installed during inspection.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. At back counter, Togo cups used in bulk coffee containers. Operator removed cups.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Multiple containers stacked before air drying.

Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. White cutting board in front of flip top cooler in kitchen.
No written procedures available for use of time as a public health control to hold time/temperature control for safety food. Items time marked in flip top cooler - no written plan available. Inspector emailed Time Control Paperwork and manager completed.
Clean wiping cloth supply not properly stored. Sanitizer bucket on prep counter next to coffee making machine. Bucket moved and stored correctly.
Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. Employee drinking out of open can of Red Bull. Can discarded.
Equipment in poor repair. Two reach in coolers in front counter area are not working. Manager states both have work orders pending.
