In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Handles of scoops inside bin of breading and bin of sugar stored down inside food. Manager removed the deodorant from scoops during this inspection.

Manager stated the fried chicken has been stored on the line for less than one hour and would be gone soon. Inspector instructed manager to reheat the chicken to 165F.
