Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Items stored in walk-in cooler: roast beef (44F - Cold Holding). Roast Beef was stored next to door and manager stated door had been opened often throughout the morning. Roast Beef was moved to another part of cooler to reduce temperature to 41F.
