Observed opened container of commercially packaged hummus that was open two days ago without a date marked after opening. Operator date marked hummus.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed handles on fryer baskets with accumulation of food debris. Also, cutting boards on both reach-in coolers on cook line soiled/ stained.
Equipment in poor repair. Observed gasket on stand up reach in freezer near ice machine torn.

Operator tried using the automated phone system to pay during this inspection but recording stated they have no record. Operator stated he will call back when they are opened and speak to a person.

Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed employee cutting ready to eat limes with no gloves. Employee washed hands and put gloves on.

Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification. Observed no proof of certified food management training. Person in charge stated he completed course on 7/22/2024. Currently on open warning and will time extend callback for additional time to receive results.
