Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed 1 employee engaging in food preparation while wearing a watch.
Label on a food item prepared and packaged onsite for customer self-service does not include product identity/description, date product was packaged and name and address of the establishment that prepared and packaged the food. Observed multiple containers of banana pudding prepared and packaged onsite for customer self-service with no labeling. Person in charge stated puddings were a new procedure as of a few days ago and posted a sign to ask for employee assistance for puddings.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed food debris build up on gaskets of reach in cooler door near rear exit.

Observed employee on cook line handle raw beef livers then change gloves and handle ready to eat food items to package for to-go without washing hands in between changing gloves. Inspector educated employee proper handwashing procedures.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed employee cell phone on prep table next to to-go boxes by kitchen entrance.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed handle of scoop for sugar in direct contact with product across from hand wash sink in kitchen. Person in charge removed scoop.
