Lights in food preparation, food storage or warewashing area missing the proper shield, sleeve coatings or covers. Light box's in kitchen without bulb cover or end caps, 2 units and one unit 25th lights not working over hot holding line.
Wood food-contact surface not properly sealed. Wood bar rail holding liquor needs sealed.
