Observed their kitchen dish machine at 0ppm chlorine and their bar dish machine at 25ppm chlorine. Operator had a technician show up and fix the machines during the inspection and retested at 100ppm.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw pork stored over ready to eat sauce in a reach in cooler. Operator swapped them.

Manager discarded the items.
