Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. During inspection employee was sitting on phone. Then started working with put new glove on but didn't wash hands touched containers with food to put items away.. Employee washed hands and changed gloves.
Employee has not received adequate training related to their assigned duties as evidenced by lack of general knowledge in performing their assigned duties.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Employee had buns on top of sink. Employee moved.
Equipment and utensils not washed, rinsed and sanitized in the correct order in three-compartment sink. Employee washed all service equipment used sanitizer then rained dishes off. then put on drain boards. Provided then DBPR Form HR 5025-510 hand out. Employee then set up all 3CS correctly and correctly washed and rinsed and sanitized dishes.
