Propane tank (larger than 2.7 lb. water capacity/1 lb. gas capacity) located inside of the building. For reporting purposes only. Propane tank stored in back of kitchen, near three-compartment sink.

Employee touched bare body part and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee behind front counter touched shirt and hair with bare hands, put on gloves, then began cutting brownies. Inspector had employee stop, wash hands, and put on new gloves before continuing to prepare food.

Twenty (20) foot-candles of light at least 30 inches from floor not provided in bathroom area. Light inside restroom does not work.
