Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. peaches and cream cheese pastry (55F - Cold Holding) pastries were stored in clear display case on front counter. Per employee they were just delivered a little after noon. Time currently 3:15pm. Suggested to manager to put food items into the cooler to cool to 41F or below. Employee moved pastries to cooler immediately.
