In-use ice scoop stored on soiled surface between uses. Observed : the ice scoop was stored on the top of the ice maker. A tray was added and will be swapped out on a regular basis.

Propane tank (larger than 2.7 lb. water capacity/1 lb. gas capacity) located inside of the building. For reporting purposes only. Observed: propane tank over 2.7 pound capacity, stored in the wait station. This was moved outside.

Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed a spray bottle of window cleaner stored on the Pepsi dispenser. The spray was moved to cleaner.
Equipment or utensils not designed or constructed in a durable manner. Observed: the soda co2 pumps are releasing gas when not in use. Pepsi is scheduled for tomorrow.
