Pipe leaking under mop sink. Manager placed pan under sink to catch water until sink is repaired.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Hand wash sink used as dump sink as evidenced by a colander in sink with straws in it. Observed bar glass scrubber in hand wash sink. All items removed at time of inspection.
