Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Provided written procedures and discussed with person in charge. Person in charge printed.
No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Observed deli slicer and prep table in back storage area near reach in cooler and reach in freezer with signs of use. No hand washing station in this storage room, however all floors,walls,ceiling are smooth and non-absorbent. Discussed with person in charge about plan review for adding a hand washing station in this room. Person in charge stated there is no plumbing on this side of build so cost too much to add hand washing station. Person in charge placed prep table and deli slicer in main kitchen and will not prep food in storage area.
