Employee has not received adequate training related to their assigned duties as evidenced by lack of general knowledge in performing their assigned duties. Per new employee working breakfast buffet all food items are taken back to walk in cooler after service has ended and per general manager the standard procedure is to go by time control procedures and discarded all time/temperature controlled for safety foods after breakfast service.
