Nonfood-contact equipment exposed to splash/spillage not constructed of materials that are corrosion resistant, non-absorbent, smooth and easily cleanable. Shelf in kitchen needs to be smooth and easily cleanable. The dish washer needs the plastic "new" tape completely removed.
