Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. French onion soup (48F - Cold Holding) per operator was not prepared or portioned today. Held out of cooler for approximately 15 minutes. Advised operator to place back into cooler to bring temperature to 41F. Operator placed on stove to be reheated.
