Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. In reach-in cooler under syrup station, one container of milk missing date. In both reach-in coolers under ordering counter, 1 container of half n half and 6 containers of milk missing dates. Operator stated all milk and half n half containers had been opened within the last 3 days. Operator dated all of them during inspection.
