Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed : at the shake mixers, the attachment point has dried food debris. ALSO, the drive thru soda nozzles, the dining area soda nozzles and the tea spouts all have build up.

The food safety training has to be an approved provider in the State of Florida.

Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed the hand wash sink by the dessert hallway had a bucket in it. The bucket was removed.

Manager stated items placed in warmer two hours prior to temperature being taken. Manager moved items to walk-in freezer to reduce temperature to 41F.
