Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw chicken stored over ready to eat sauces in the left flip top cooler. Operator stored properly.
Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured.
Frozen time/temperature control for safety food being slacked at room temperature is no longer frozen solid. Observed raw chicken slacking at room temp. Operator turned on cold running water.
