Observed cooked chicken (45F - Cold Holding); cooked noodles (46F - Cold Holding) in the reach in cooler at the rear of the kitchen. The operator stated the cooked chicken had been pulled from the walk in cooler approximately 2 hours prior to inspection. The operator placed the chicken in the walk in cooler. The operator stated the cooked noodles have been held overnight in the reach in cooler. The operator discarded the noodles.

In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed the scoop handle used for uncooked rice not stored above the food. The operator properly stored the scoop handle.
