Per operator chicken tenders were cooked less than one hour prior. Operator voluntarily discarded the chicken tenders.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. There is a buildup of ice inside the reach in freezer on the cook line on the fan housing.

Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. In the steam table on the cook line, hot dog (117F - Hot Holding). There is not enough hot water to teach the bottom of the holding pan. Operator added hot water to the water pan.
