Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed dish machine chlorine 0ppm. Employee connected sanitizer tube into sanitizer. Corrected to chlorine 50ppm during inspection.
Observed water from three compartment sink and ware-washing machine overflowing floor drain and accumulating onto floor then slowly draining.
