Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Small sample cup used to scoop cottage cheese found left in container. Employee removed container and threw it away to correct on site.

Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Observed dishwasher handing their personal phone bare handed and then changed tasks to began touching/putting away a clean brown cutting and clean utensils from crate on dish machine drain board. Discussed with operator.
Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Emailed operator DBPR vomiting or diarrheal event form.
