Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. There us a bucket of soap in the hand washing sink in the service area. Operator removed the bucket of soap.

In-use utensil stored in soap between uses. Operator removed the knife and washed it.
Plumbing system in disrepair. The cold water faucet on the hand washing sink in the pantry area does not work.
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. There are ice tea filters stored on top of the ice tea brewers un protected.

Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Damaged/spoiled/recalled food not properly segregated. On the can rack in dry storage there us a severely dented can of ketchup that is not segregated from the undamaged cans.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In the reach in cooler in the pantry raw shrimp is stored over shredded mozzarella. Operator moved shrimp to proper storage.
