Cut tomatoes on make line dated 1/23, per employee on site that is an old date and the tomatoes were cut 3 days ago, employee removed old date and placed new date on container. Open bag of chopped chicken in walk in cooler without a date, per employee it was opened 3 days ago, date placed on bag.
