Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. At the front counter, Sanitizer Bucket (Quaternary 0ppm). The operator emptied and refilled the bucket with new solution. The solution was corrected to 200ppm Quaternary
