Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed on inside top of microwave, dried food debris. Observed operator cleaning microwave properly.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed front of house reach in cooler with food debris on gaskets. Observed operator cleaning gaskets completely.
Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed a cambro with old label on it, put away clean. Observed operator remove label, wash, rinse and sanitize container.

Objectionable odors in bathroom or other areas of the establishment. Observed floor mats rolled up and standing in up right position with objectionable odor coming from them as soon as you step off elevator into dish area. Observed operator contacting housekeeping to re clean and dry mats properly.
Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed at three compartment sink in dish area a bus tub underneath a pipe collecting water that is leaking from pipe. Observed operator putting in a repair order.
