Manager stated the bottles come from walk in cooler. Manager added ice to stainless container.

Outer openings not protected during operation. Observed air curtains not on with multiple windows open in seating area. Air curtains must be utilized any time windows are open, failure to do so may require installation of solid windows. Manager turned air curtains on.
