Observed employee wash out a sink with a soiled wash cloth and then began handling ready to eat strombolis and pepperoni pinwheels without washing their hands. Employee washed hands properly.
Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed employee handle strombolis and pepperoni pinwheels fresh out of the oven without wearing gloves. Employee washed their hands and put on gloves to handle ready to eat foods.
