Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed sliced cheese (50 F - Cold Holding); sliced cappicola (45F - Cold Holding) inside prep reach in cooler. As per manager for an hour. Manager placed the items inside walk in cooler for rapid cooling.
