Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. 1. Dusty vent on ceiling above microwave at front counter. 2. Three rusted air vents on ceiling behind front counter. 3. Two stained ceiling tiles above walk-in freezer.
Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Remnants of old labels stuck to outside of several metal pans on clean dish rack in back of kitchen.

Manager stated they were opened/prepared the previous morning, then placed back into the cooler to ambient cool. Manager stated the cheeses have not been in-use or taken out of refrigeration today.
