Observed employee take clean pans from a shelf in the above the three compartment sink, walk to the front counter, began to remove sliced ham from the meat slicer, grab clean gloves without hand washing. Inspector coached employee, employee washed hands properly and placed the pans into the three compartment sink to be cleaned.
