Observed ham (46F - Cold Holding); cheese (47F - Cold Holding); turkey (47F - Cold Holding); tuna salad (48F - Cold Holding); chicken (47F - Cold Holding); Beef (47F - Cold Holding); precooked eggs (45F - Cold Holding). As per operator, all items transfer from walk in cooler to front line display cooler 1.5 hours prior to the inspection. Operator placed all items on ice for quick chill.
