Hole in or other damage to wall. Wall and shelves in prep area damaged, material pulling away from wall. Per manager damage caused from too much weight put on shelves.
Interior of refrigerator or freezer in disrepair/has exposed insulation. Missing vent/fan cover panel in walk in cooler ceiling where fan is located.
